Growing up in Tokyo and later living in Copenhagen, founder Alina Wolhardt developed a deep appreciation for design that balances simplicity, functionality, and beauty. She received her formal design education and professional training in the United States, weaving these diverse international experiences into Wolf in Sheep Design’s sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic. A member of IIDA, Alina honed her craft by leading high-profile commercial projects at Elkus Manfredi Architects before founding Wolf in Sheep Design in 2015. Since then, Alina and her team have earned acclaim and awards for their commercial and residential work across the country. WISD’s innovative approach has been widely recognized. Alina was named a Rising Star by New England Home magazine and awarded Best Contemporary Interior Designer by Boston Magazine's Best of Boston Home in the 2019 winter issue. With every project, Alina strives to create bespoke interiors that are timeless, playful, and deeply personal.
